The fourth question you should ask is have you ever used this product before? If the customer is unfamiliar with the product, they probably won’t buy it. Most people are scared of the unknown and if you try to sell them a product they’ve never used before, they will become hesitant.

The fifth question to ask is do you like this product better the product you currently own? When you find out if the consumer is happy with their old product, you can find out if they are willing to buy a new product. If they are already happy with what they own, they most likely won’t buy your product. If the seem open to a new product, then you can make a sale.
